Joshua E. O’Farrell is an associate attorney with Tzangas Plakas Mannos Ltd. Mr. O’Farrell has extensive experience representing landowners throughout Southeast Ohio in oil and gas lease negotiations, pipeline right-of-way agreement negotiations, mineral sale transactions, and in complex oil and gas litigation. Mr. O’Farrell’s practice also includes commercial litigation, personal injury litigation, and wrongful death litigation.

Mr. O’Farrell served as the President of the Tuscarawas County Bar Association in 2016.

Mr. O’Farrell was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2010. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Mr. O’Farrell has been recognized as an Ohio “Rising Star” from 2016 – 2019 by Super Lawyers Magazine®. Rising Stars are Ohio’s best attorneys who are 40 or under or who have been practicing for 10 years or less. Mr. O’Farrell is also recognized by the Ohio Farm Bureau for his commitment to representing landowners in oil and gas related issues.

Mr. O’Farrell graduated from New Philadelphia High School. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame with a BA in History and graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law.

Mr. O’Farrell resides in Green with his wife, Christin, and their two sons, Liam and Jameson.
